We had lots of fun at this year’s pup event in San Diego. The vendor booths were great, but Mishka The Tiny had the most fun!
I’m going to be honest, I was really skeptical of this whole Pupchella thing. It just sounded so weird and a little too good to be true. But my pup Mishkathetiny is the best dog in the world and she deserved all the love that we could give her. So we went with an open mind and it ended up being ok! If you have a pup like Mishkathetiny and love having some outdoor fun I suggest taking them to some fun activities like this! I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was a lot smaller than it was made out to be on social media. On Eventbrite you had to reserve tickets to Pupchella, and we managed to get VIP tickets. Although when we got there was no check in and everything was open. They had one small room with about four vendors selling dog products like bandanas and leashes. Out in the courtyard, one vendor offered watercolor paintings of your dog for $40.00It was held in an outdoor mall courtyard in San Diego. The organizers held a raffle and hosted a scavenger hunt that were free to participate in. They had one spot to take photographs outside. On the other end of the courtyard, there was apparently a pop up photography booth, but you couldn’t see it from where the vendors were. I was told later that you had to book and pay for the photo sessions ahead of time.

The fun part was that we got to meet lots of other cute dogs, and we even ran into one of our doggie friends from Los Angeles. I don’t know if I would say Pupchella was worth the drive, but it was nice to get out of the house.
